This project Proscenium at Rockwell is located in CBD center of Manila, Philippines. Total area is about 31,300m2 for 5 buildings.  Grey Oak Washed Wide Plank is chosen to be used in Flooring & Wall Panels to match the modern furniture style.

Rockwell Proscenium is the biggest project LORD PARQUET working with its Philippines partner and Builder Rockwell, Proscenium boasts of five uniquely designed residential towers namely, Kirov, Sakura, Lincoln, Lorraine, and The Proscenium Residences. We supplied a nice elegant premium grading modern style grey colour engineered oak flooring for about 120,000sqm. This project took about 3 years in designing, bidding, negotiation before the order is placed, and took 3 years to produce, ship and install the flooring on site. During the time we and our customer had visited the production mill and also the project sites many times to make sure the floors are properly produced and installed. Now this job is open for sale. We are so honoured for supplying this project and it also helped us learned a lot during the serving indoor flooring project.
