The CS (constellation ) Collection is mainly composed of chemical reactive oak colors. Some of them are made by branded chemical dyeing company’s existing formulas such as “Ciranova”, and there are also exclusive formulas from some chemical reactive masters. In addition, most of the colors are achieved by French Oak. But some must be made by Russian oak due to the tannic in different regions of oak. This collection is mainly aimed at designers to achieve a unique style of indoor design or distributors who want to get their products distinctive and unique.
According to the difficulty of processing, the cost of chemical reaction colors is generally much higher than conventional dyeing/smoking colors. It is not only because some unique production processes require manual treatment of wood discolouration in advance, and quantities of the rejected rate will happen during the production. The surface treatments of CL collection are relatively abundant, which can be UV oil, wood wax oil, water-based coating, etc.
