The product we called: “Imitation industrial flooring” (Cocktail Floor)
From years of flooring business, we feel that more and more designers are interested in using “Industrial Flooring” to do decoration on flooring/ceiling/wall panels. But real industrial flooring is very difficult to make, it is combined with very small strips(such as 10x20mm). To make it is very very slow,wasty and costly. So for now there are almost no flooring factories doing industrial flooring.
Besides, Solid Wood Industrial Flooring is only unfinished with a tape to bond each 20-40pcs. It made the installation very complicated and the installing company also need to finish it with the “on-site” lacquer/coating. Obviously,for the on-site finish, even from the Top brand “BONA”, it’s characteristic is not as good as some prefinished coating.(such as: wear-resistence, flatness etc..) Also much more expensive.

Based on above situations, we think to develop a new products which gets the nice appearance same as the industrial flooring, also better using performance.
Our Factory is good at producing : Heating System Floor, Multi-ply wide plank & Square Parquet Tiles. We have Lazer cutting machine to design different small shapes.
We all know that engineered Floor is stable, installation-friendly and easy maintenance. So we designed this “Imitation Industrial Flooring/Cocktail Floor” with Engineered wood structure.

Currently we offer 3 species: American Walnut, American Maple, and Russian Oak. The size is: 380 x 69 x 14/3mm. (3-strip). The thickness and veneer thickness can be adjust according to client’s requirement.

This floor style can be considered to use in high-end resort, sports center or hotel projects.
