How to order flooring from us?

Our principal is simple: We produce quality, you sell reputation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ORDERING LORD PARQUET® FLOORING

ORDER
1. You can place order through our website or by email, fax, telephone or by visiting our factory and showrooms.
2. We are accepting order from minimum 1 container 20 feet.
3. There is no limit for quantity of each Item.
4. We are accepting your Style and any changes on our design that will fit your requirement is also accepted.

DELIVERY TIME
1. For Solid Wood Flooring, the delivery time is between 2-4 weeks according to different species from receiving L/C or downpayment.
2. For Engineered wood flooring, the delivery time is 4-6 weeks from receiving L/C or down payment.
3. For sample inspection, the time is 1-2 weeks from receiving the deposit.

PACKING
We are using standard export packing to keep the transfer safety. We can pack according to your special requirement but it will be on buyer account.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
1. All our prices on the website are based on F.O.B. China Port.
2. We are able to handle the sea freight with competitive rate. So please inform us your port of destination to quote the CIF price.

3. By Letter of Credit (L/C)
The L/C must fulfill the following criteria to avoid later amendments:
– Irrevocable
– Payable at sight
– Issued from recognized bank
– Credit valid for 3 months
– Partial shipment allowed
– Transshipment allowed
– Bill of Lading consigned to order of issuing bank
– Documents are to be presented to advising bank
– Clearly against following documents : Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading stamped shipped on board
– Percentage credit amount tolerance +/- 10%

4. By Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
– Down payment of 30% will be paid by TT to our account. Copy of the telex transfer will be emailed or faxed to us
– The balance payment 70% will be done after receiving copy of Bill of Lading stamped shipped on board, Invoice and Packing List by email or fax

INSPECTION
The buyer is allowed to inspect the goods by his representative at any time during production and before delivery.

CLAIM
Any claim must be with evidence such as:
1. Photograph that will show clearly the damage for each item
2. We are not responsible for breakage that will cause if buyer parked the Flooring under the sun and rain (for indoor Flooring)
3. We are not responsible for any damage that will cause through the transportation and during offloading in buyer place
4. Any quality problem, after confirming, we duty to fix or change in free.
5.Colours
– The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
